Protecting the health and safety of residents and visitors is the top priority at Royal Flats. To help keep everyone safe, viewings are done by appointment only. Moving days will be pre-scheduled with a set date and time.

Viewings

Before visiting us for your viewing, please review our COVID health waiver which outlines our COVID precautions as well as the precautions we ask you to take during your visit to Royal Flats. These include, but aren’t limited to:

• Wearing a face covering or mask
• Disinfecting your hands prior to entering the building
• Staying home if you are not feeling well

You will be asked to complete a health screening and sign this waiver upon arrival.

Moving Day

We understand moving day is a lot of work. Here is what we are doing to lower the amount of contact between people on your moving day to Royal Flats:

• New residents will be assigned a specific date and time to help minimize the number of people in hallways and elevators. 
• Your new living space will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized so you can focus on getting settled.
• Please ensure that anyone assisting in your move wears a mask and sanitizes their hands each time they enter the building.
