Coffee Recipes to Revive This Winter
The winter months are responsible for some of the best hot drink creations to have come to existence.

In this blog, we’ve put together a short list of recipes you absolutely need to try this winter, or just have again if they’re already your favorites!
Christmas Peppermint Mocha
Mint and cold weather are an excellent combination, but add coffee into the mix and it’s incredible!
What you will need:
- ¾ cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons of mint syrup
- 1 cup of coffee
What you need to do:
- Grab a mug and mix the coffee with the chocolate and mint syrup.
- Then add ½ of the milk and mix together.
- Once mixed, add the final ½ of the milk.
- For an extra treat, top with whipped cream and fresh mint!
Eggnog Latte
A creamy, festive favorite, eggnog is the perfect addition to a latte!
What you will need:
- 1-cup of coffee
- ⅔-cup eggnog
- ¼-cup cream or half & half
- ⅛-teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Nutmeg
What you need to do:
- Take a small pot and heat the eggnog on a low heat, keeping the eggnog just below a simmer. Then add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and also some sugar if you want it sweeter. Whisk until the mixture is nice and thick.
- Next up you need to make your coffee to your preference.
- Once brewed, add the eggnog into your mug.
- To finish, add some whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
Gingerbread Latte
Gingerbread is a universal favorite, sweet and spicy with a nostalgic feel. It also goes really well with coffee and some cream!
What you will need:
- 1 tsp Ginger, ground
- 2 tbsp Molasses
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup of Coffee
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 Ground gingerbread biscuit
What you need to do:
- Heat up your milk in a small pot on a low heat.
- Make your coffee to your preference and add the Molasses, sugar, ground cinnamon and gingerbread.
- Pour your milk into the coffee mix and stir.
- To finish, add some whipped cream and a sprinkle of gingerbread biscuit on top!
Spiced Apple Cider Latte
Spiced Apple just screams winter. It’s such a refreshing, spicy scent that is in all the candle scents, home decor and it smells incredible. But what about drinking it? Here’s a really tasty recipe to try at home.
What you will need:
- 1 cup of Coffee
- ½ cup of Apple Juice
- 1 ½ cup of Whole Milk or creamer of choice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Star Anise
- Whipped Cream for topping
What you need to do:
- Mix your apple juice, honey, pumpkin spice, nutmeg and star anise in a small pot on a low heat until combined.
- Make your coffee to your preference and heat up the milk.
- Add your spiced apple to the coffee and stir, add the milk/creamer.
- To finish, add whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
